Though Father’s Day should be a time for celebrating what our father’s have sacrificed to allow us to lead the lives of our dreams, to me it’s more of a rude awakening. Because a lot of our fathers have literally sacrificed their health.

Not to be a downer…. but let's get real!.

Most of our father’s are fat, many suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure.
One of the main indicators that your dad or husband's health is endanger is belly fat! So if you still thinking about buying father in your life a tie, cologne, soap, or worse yet socks think again. I've listed better options below:

1.) LAY OFF THE ALCOHOL

Talk to Pops about cutting down on his alcohol consumption

2.) BODY FAT ANALYZER

Knowing his body fat percent tells him if he's endanger and what his correct weight ought to be.

5.) ACCEPT THE FACT THAT YOU PROBABLY NEED SOME PROFESSIONAL FITNESS ADVICE
